Oahu butterfly that can't fly.

Is there anyone on Oahu, Hawaii that can care for a butterfly that can't fly. Its wing didn't fully unfold. Please let me know.

I can't believe it can't fly!

I can't believe that the Oahu Butterfly can't fly. I thought all butterflies could fly. Poor helpless butterfly could hardly survive without the ability to fly! I feel horrible for the butterfly, helpless without the ability to fly. I wish I could do something about it!
