Black Swallowtail that emerged after wintering in its chrysalis in my shed!

I had originally submitted photos of the stages of caterpillar and then they chrysalis that the caterpillar made. Here is a link to the original photos I submitted:

I kept the chrysalis in my shed over the winter.

One warm day, in early Spring, I went into the shed and this beautiful Black Swallowtail came fluttering out.
It really was awesome to have a part in this!
